Deena Province, Chief Relationship Officer

Deena has lived most of her life in Broken Bow. She became interested in politics in high school and has since held multiple leadership positions in her local PTA chapter and within the state party, where she has enjoyed traveling and meeting other like minded Nebraskans.

Deena's passion for Nebraska and Nebraskans and her experiences working in politics raised her awareness of the need for strong leaders and organized communities, and led her to found Nebraska ROOTS in 2014. 

Deena's vision is to help others realize their potential and their ability to bring back businesses, schools, and a way of life that is unique and vital to Nebraska. 

James RigdonPrincipal Field Consultant

James Rigdon has over ten years of political experience, organizing field and outreach efforts across the nation. His experiences have taught him firsthand that an organized field effort can make the difference for a campaign. In that decade of work, he has trained and supervised thousands of volunteers, who brought direct grassroots outreach to millions of voters.

In his free time, he enjoys writing, playing with cats, and dreaming up new ways to change the world.

Meg MandyPrincipal Communications Consultant

Meg Mandy has worked on local, state, and federal
campaigns across the country, including Nebraska, 
California, Iowa, and Michigan. She was part of the 
team that turned Nebraska's 2nd Congressional District 
blue in 2008, and then went on to work as the Political 
Director for the San Diego County Democratic Party, 
where she had the pleasure of helping to elect hundreds 
of Democrats across the state. Most recently she was the Communications Director for the Hassebrook for Governor 
campaign, where she solidified her passion for serving

In her free time, Meg volunteers in the 
Omaha community, is the founding Chapter Director of 
the New Leaders Council - Omaha, is an advisor for her 
sorority, Alpha Xi Delta, and enjoys theater, cooking, 
learning, and traveling.

Nathan Janulewicz
Principal Development Consultant

Nathan Janulewicz is a lifelong Nebraskan, born and raised in Central Nebraska. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Nathan has four years of expertise in political fundraising and compliance. With extensive experience working in Nebraska’s high-profile federal, statewide, and local elections.

Nathan understands and is well-prepared to navigate the fundraising landscape in both rural and urban Nebraska. 

Edison McDonald
Principal Outreach Consultant

Edison is a graduate of Hastings College with Political Science and Religion Degrees. With a wealth of experience across Nebraska and in DC he is excited to continue working with rural communities. He offers experience with campaigns, advocacy organizations, and non-profit organizations.
